Thank you for choosing Foodzy. This Payment Policy explains the terms related to payments made on our platform.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Foodzy supports the following payment options:
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Debit/Credit Cards
Net Banking
Cash on Delivery (COD)
2. Payment Confirmation
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (for online payments).
In case of Cash on Delivery, payment must be made at the time of delivery.
3. Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
4. Pricing & Charges
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
Additional charges such as delivery fees or taxes may apply and will be shown at checkout.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases of failed transactions, canceled orders by Foodzy, or non-delivery of the order.
No refund will be provided once the order is successfully delivered.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected locations.
Customers are requested to keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.
7. Fraud Prevention
Foodzy reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse of payment methods.
