Welcome to Foodzy. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

Foodzy is an online food ordering and delivery platform based in Jamshedpur. By using our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the service under parental supervision.

2. Orders

All orders placed through Foodzy are subject to availability and confirmation.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after it is confirmed.

Foodzy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.

We accept payments via UPI, online payment methods, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors.

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.

Delivery charges may apply depending on location and order value.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled.

Refunds will only be processed in case of failed transactions or if the order is not delivered.

Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect.

6. Quality & Responsibility

Food quality is the responsibility of the respective restaurant.

Foodzy acts as a delivery partner and is not responsible for food taste or quality issues.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must provide correct information while placing orders.

Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

8. Privacy

Customer information is kept secure and used only for order processing and communication.

9. Changes to Terms

Foodzy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
