Thank you for ordering with Foodzy. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. No Return Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
- Order was not delivered.
- Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed.
- Wrong or incomplete order delivered.
3. Refund Process
- Customers must report the issue within 1–2 hours of delivery.
- Our team will verify the issue before processing the refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refund will be issued for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Delay in delivery due to traffic or weather
- Minor taste or preference issues
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and being prepared.
- Foodzy reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues.
