Thank you for ordering with Foodzy. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. No Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • Order was not delivered.
  • Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed.
  • Wrong or incomplete order delivered.

3. Refund Process

  • Customers must report the issue within 1–2 hours of delivery.
  • Our team will verify the issue before processing the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refund will be issued for:
    • Change of mind after order confirmation
    • Delay in delivery due to traffic or weather
    • Minor taste or preference issues

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and being prepared.
  • Foodzy reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues.
